The FBI and police are currently looking for buried bodies at two horse farms in upstate New York, several news outlets report. The dig is in connection with the recent indictment of ten Gambino crime family mobsters.
Agents arrived on Tuesday and spent Wednesday searching the grounds. So far no bodies have been recovered, but the dig continues today. The two farms are located 5 miles apart in Goshen, New York. Media reports indicate the farms belong to Giovanni DiLorenzo.
DiLorenzo farms
It is unknown whether Giovanni is related, but a Salvatore DiLorenzo was listed as a Gambino family associate by prosecutors and is one of the men charged last week with various crimes related to the mob family’s operations in New York. 66-year-old DiLorenzo owns a demolition company and is alleged to have provided a member of the Sicilian Mafia with a no-show job at his business.

Exactly what led authorities to these farms is unknown, but someone seems to have talked – either directly to the feds or as he was caught on a wiretap.
